If you have been following me for a while you know Paris is my second home. I used to go at least 3-4 times a year to visit family and friends, but because of Covid, of course I haven’t been able to go. For that reason, I decided to bring Paris to Barcelona with this French inspired outfit.
Please do not take this to heart, this is what Parisian style looks to me, of course everyone is different and this may not be your ideal or stereotypical French outfit, let me know what yours is if it’s a lot different, I would love to know! 🙂
Anyway, back to the outfit. I got this shirt for Christmas, I had never worn it until now as it was incredibly cold and of course if I was wearing a sweater, you’d be unable to see the actual shirt. For that reason, today that was kind of mild, I decided to wear it with a black turtle neck underneath to keep me warm in some sort of way.
I decided to pair the outfit with some wide-legged trousers (of course in black), and add my Doc Martens for that casual look. For accessories it is obvious I had to wear my red beret to add a little bit of color to the outfit. I added my Saint Laurent Loulou bag and a little gold belt I got from my grandma. She bought it back in the 50s and it is completely my style and thought it would go well together with the outfit vibe.
